Nature Therapy uses Nature as a teacher, as a mentor, and as a reflector to promote personal growth, stress reduction, and relational skills, making it a powerful complement to clinical counselling in improving overall wellbeing.
Holistic Nutrition
Holistic nutrition emphasizes the importance of whole foods and a balanced diet to support overall health and well-being. It considers the individual’s physical, mental, and emotional health, recognizing the interconnection between diet, lifestyle, and environment.
